We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our projects team and own the end-to-end management of high-impact product development and client implementation projects that align with our strategic objectives.


Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: Remote / Home Based / Occasional Travel

Reports To: Head of Projects

Employment Type: Full-Time / Flexible Hours

Salary: Competitive (experience dependent)


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple strategic software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage software implementation projects alongside the ROCC implementation team.
  • Develop detailed project plans and project reports including functional deliverables, timelines, resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product consultants, QA, and UX/UI designers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure adherence to software development best practices, standards, and methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Mentor and guide other team members to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.


Ideal Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree level education or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in software project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software development projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • PMP, CSM, Prince2 or equivalent certification / experience
  • Jira, Github, Figma or equivalent tools
