About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our team at Fruition IT. As a Senior ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading multiple ERP projects simultaneously, representing the organisation in workshops, seminars, and other initiatives, and working closely with C-Suite stakeholders internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead multiple ERP (SAP) projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Represent the organisation in workshops, seminars, and other initiatives, building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with C-Suite stakeholders internally and externally to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Project Management of ERP projects (ideally SAP).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP 4 Hana and experience with SAP ECC6 migration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong third-party management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vendors and partners.
  • Methodologies - PMP, Prince2, or other recognised project management methodologies.
  • Cross-functional and cross-country project experience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What We Offer
  • Salary - £65,000 - £95,000 DOE.
