About the Role

Gtech Consultancy is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the delivery of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, performance, and progress of various ERP projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate ERP project activities, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors, business leaders, and project teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering ERP projects, preferably with IFS.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with ERP systems, project management tools, and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with IFS delivery methodology.
  • Knowledge of project management software, including MS Project and Smartsheet.
  • Experience with change management principles and practices.
