ERP Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Project Manager to support the successful delivery of a complex ERP programme involving the implementation of multiple ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for the implementation of ERP systems.
  • Project Execution: Manage the day-to-day execution of the project, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, SMEs, and technical teams, to ensure alignment of project objectives.
  • Communication: Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to the Programme Director and steering committees, ensuring transparency and alignment on key decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale ERP implementations, managing complex, multi-platform projects.
  • IFS ERP Experience: Previous IFS ERP related project experience is desired.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary: Up to £1000 per day (DOE, Outside IR35)

Location: Southwest England, UK | Hybrid - 2 days per week on site
