About Us
We are a fully private practice with a high street location in a village close to Tunbridge Wells. Wadhurst was recently voted the best place to live in the UK by The Times
The business has been run by Chris and Janet for almost eight years, during which time we have re-branded, re-designed , renovated and consolidated a fantastic team. In short we have created the business that we want to work in and we are looking for a new management level team member to work with us in driving the business forward.
Our current practice manager is sadly leaving us as she has relocated to another county.
The Role
We are looking for a Practice Manager with management experience to head up our team at our forward thinking independent dental clinic .
We require somebody fantastic to help lead and develop our high-performance practice team headed up by the practice owners, Chris and Janet.

Skills & Qualifications
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Expert knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
· Excellent computer skills for email correspondence, spreadsheets, financial transactions and scheduling of appointments
· Maturity, tact, integrity and respect for patient confidentiality
Responsibilities & Duties
· Leading and developing a high-performance practice team in a positive environment for both staff and patients.
· Management of cloud-based accounting software, dental practice management software and spreadsheets for logging of daily tasks and financial tracking.
· Create monthly financial and business performance analysis to present to practice owners and ensure KPIs are met.
· Proactively marketing the practice online and with social media platforms to drive patient numbers, measuring ROI on specific promotions and spend.
· Lead and manage our compliance team in accordance with industry standards and laws, namely the CQC’s Key Lines of Enquiry and the GDC’s Standards for the Dental team (an industry specific support package is in place to help with this).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per year
Schedule:
· Monday to Friday
