Job Summary:
Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of new services and care pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care, prioritizing their needs and well-being
- Participate in the development and implementation of new services and care pathways, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy, promoting best practices and evidence-based care
- Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current active NMC Pin
- Relevant clinical experience in mental health nursing
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality
- Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
