Not only do they deliver iconic projects across Northern Ireland, but they are also passionate about making a difference and work with major global clients daily on ambitious and highly technical projects throughout 110 offices worldwide.
Due to ongoing contract awards and success, they now have a requirement for a Senior Cost Manager to join the Real Estate team in their reputable Belfast office.
Your new role
This Consultancy has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cost Manager to join their Belfast Real Estate team to help guide clients and their professional teams on a number of exciting and iconic projects across Northern Ireland.
You'll be working on a day-to-day basis with leading conservators, architects and engineers to ensure that the client and contractor deliver the best value for money – advising all parties on the best solutions from a qualitative and commercial perspective.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role and perform at the standard expected, you will be and have;Degree qualifiedChartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered SurveyorsEffective communication skills with a client-facing approachNEC3/4 contract experienceMTC experienceIt is also desirable but not essential that you have;NEC3/4 PM AccreditationWhole life-cycle assessment experienceBid writing experience
