About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cost Management Professional to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Management: Provide expert cost management services to clients, including cost planning, estimating, and cost control.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective project delivery, including managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored cost management solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and contribute to the growth of our cost management services.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: Chartered status (RICS or similar) and a degree or HNC level qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services across the full project lifecycle.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, confident, and professional manner, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
