Essential experience required for this role includes:

  • Proven experience in managing a large portfolio of applications.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external teams.
  • Experience managing third-party service providers.
  • Expertise in disaster recovery and application deployment.


Key accountabilities include:

  • Providing product-specific support.
  • Leading application commissioning and configuration activities.
  • Monitoring and reporting on vendor KPIs and performance.
  • Ensuring application patching and upgrades are completed in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborating with the Finance team to create an Oracle Fusion Centre of Excellence.- Coordinating efforts of different teams involved in defect or outage remediations.
  • Liaising with Managed Services Providers to ensure stable operation of COTS applications.
