As a Senior Relationship Manager working closely with board members and other directors of the business your role will be to ensure that Vallum Associates maximises our relationship with our existing clients generating additional revenue. One of the key focus is to see how we can generate more contract business through our existing contractor numbers in addition to exploring new opportunities within our client base.


Role Responsibilities & Qualities

  • Be the conduit for our contractor community and Vallum Associates internal team
  • Help to cross sell Vallum within both internally and externally
  • Work in partnership with our internal operations team

One of the key role will be to ensure that Vallum Associates’ “Major Accounts” contractor for UK and EU is properly catered for and we continue to develop a strong support and associate service to our contractors working for Vallum Associates.

Your role foremost will be to be the “goto individuals” for our contractors throughout the duration of their engagement with Vallum Associates.


You will be working closely with the board members and other directors of the business to help cultivate and new and existing client relationships to ensure that Vallum can maximise opportunities within these clients / relationships


Role responsibility but not limited to:

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will have responsibility for:

  • Managing all Major accounts contractors for UK & Europe post placement from a relationship management as an extension of the current role as Relationship manger (this includes all escalations and liaising with operations team to resolve any issues outstanding)
  • You will where possible endeavour to meet onsite or at our office all new starters within the first month of commencement.
  • To meet regularly onsite with our contractors, hiring managers and other peers within the client organisation to ensure that we have regularly updates and explore other potential opportunities and they are made aware of what Vallum Associates is doing as a business.
  • Generate leads from our existing contractor community by keeping regular contact and building trust with our contractors you will look to generate further leads from information gathered from our contactors onsite
  • Manage rate increases and rate change requests (Contractor and vendor / client) once agreed to then pass to operation team to action accordingly
  • You will be responsible for devising innovative ways of bringing our contractor and client community together by organising regular events (Drinks, breakfast meetings, forums, special topic events, networking events etc…)
  • Run regular incentive programmes for leads /referrals
