Job Description

As a Senior Relationship Manager at Consult, you will be responsible for managing a segment of key accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships, maximizing revenue opportunities, and ultimately retaining business.

The role is predominantly remote-based, but national travel to visit customers and attend regular team meetings may be required. Meetings or training sessions may also be necessary, and occasionally, evening or weekend work for events or trade shows will be necessary.

  • Retain key customer accounts and develop strategies to maintain and grow these relationships.
  • Devise business plans and assist/advise customers in writing their own detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and targets.
  • Assess sales performance according to key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on a weekly/monthly basis to the Operations Director.
  • Escalate and help resolve areas of concern as raised by customers.
  • Maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Conduct training in sales techniques, marketing, and business management within the accounts.
  • Dental industry experience is preferable but not essential.
  • Background of working as part of a remote team is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
