Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at LIPTON MEDIA. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-profile clients and VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored audience development strategies for each event, leveraging all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Foster and maintain personal relationships with target clients to develop key accounts and be the main point of contact for executives from target firms.
  • Manage targeted databases and utilise the in-house CRM system to optimise demographic profiling and data insight requirements.
  • Travel to events globally, managing onsite elements from registration to roundtable sessions, facilitating networking and supporting the onsite team.

Requirements:

  • Investor relations or audience development experience, with a strong background in B2B sales and client services.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to approach the job with a sales mentality.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level executives.
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment, with a strong understanding of organisational goals and objectives.
