What You'll Do

Principal Asset Management is seeking a Senior Director, Global Institutional and EMEA Marketing to join their London office on a permanent basis. This role offers an opportunity to lead a marketing team to execute marketing initiatives for our global institutional business and EMEA regional business.


Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:

  • Develop and drive the strategic direction of the institutional and local marketing team
  • Collaborate with leadership, distribution and the wider marketing teams
  • Build awareness of products and services through strategic communications
  • Partner to execute and prioritise strategic projects
  • Lead, develop and motivate a team of talented marketeers
  • Participate in the planning, prioritisation and execution of high level initiatives for the institutional marketing team


Who You Are

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10 years’ experience in a financial services organisation in marketing or a related field
  • Be able to understand and drive the execution and delivery of marketing strategies through various distribution channels
  • Be able to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Skilled in problem solving, project management, decision making and communication
  • Be detailed-oriented, with excellent planning, delegation and time management skills
