Our client is an independent developer of zero-carbon heat networks and advisor to Local Authorities building heat networks who have secured £220m in a dedicated fund to invest into heat networks with Europe's largest independent investor in district heating.


We are looking for an Account Manager who has experience with B2B sales within the energy sector. The Account Manager will engaging with customers and supporting them to connect to our client's heat networks.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with customers about the carbon and cost-saving benefits of connecting to heat networks
  • Supporting the Sales Director in identifying, mapping and qualifying new leads
  • Buidling strong relations with customers and key stakeholders
  • Supporting commercial negotiations and contract management as required


Skills and Experience:

  • Previous B2B sales experience within the energy industry
  • Sales of different types of customer agreements, dealing with multiple types of customer entities ranging from Housing Developers and Associations, Local Authorities and large corporates, through to individual SMEs
  • Excellent verbal and written communcation skills
