About Job:
The Marketing Manager is a key position responsible for driving CareFlex’s marketing initiatives. This role requires a dynamic professional to lead brand and product management, execute impactful PR campaigns, and leverage the Adobe Creative Suite for design and content creation. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our B2C revenue stream, managing cross-functional projects, and overseeing the marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
PR, Communications & Brand Management:
- Lead all PR activities, building strong relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and healthcare publications to boost brand awareness.
- Develop and execute a strategic PR plan that aligns with CareFlex’s brand positioning, including press releases, media outreach, and thought leadership articles.
- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all communications, maintaining the company’s brand image on all platforms.
- Oversee both internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the organization.
- Keep UK and Export Distributors informed about key updates, including product launches, promotions, and significant company news.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition and retention.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to design visually engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email templates.
- Work closely with the Business Development Executive and Sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.
- Plan and oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality production that reflects CareFlex’s brand standards.
- Maintain and update the company’s media library, ensuring all digital assets—photos, videos, and marketing materials—are organized and easily accessible for marketing and sales needs.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Develop and manage dashboards to track the performance of marketing campaigns and analyze key metrics.
- Present data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to the Sales and Marketing Director, focusing on areas for improvement and growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, adjusting strategies as necessary to stay ahead of the competition.
Budget Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels and campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Design, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.
- Lead and manage day-to-day marketing activities, event coordination, and literature management.
- Direct reports: Sales and Marketing Coordinator and Digital Marketing Manager.
About You:

- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role, with a strong focus on PR and campaign management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and experience with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Exceptional commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive ROI through strategic marketing initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- An analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to leverage data to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
