Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our industrial equipment division. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the industrial market and a proven track record of cultivating and closing high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial equipment sector, including forging partnerships and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing clients.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and performance metrics to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the industrial equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the industrial equipment market, including key players, trends, and technologies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
