In this position, you will oversee the daily management of website content for the Hawkinsport B2C site and B2B portal, ensuring our website remains accurate, informative, user-friendly, and aligned with our business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, purchasing and POS to ensure content aligns with business strategy and user needs.
  • Upload and manage various digital assets (images, videos, documents) to the website.
  • Maintain website functionality by working with our agency to address technical issues and content display problems.
  • Manage upload schedule, meeting deadlines efficiently.


Experience

Essential

  • Minimum 1-2 year’s experience with Shopify.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Desired

  • Experience in content management or a related field.
  • Experience with basic SEO principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • An ability to see problems and recommend solutions proactively.
