To be considered for the role you will need some or all of the following competencies:

  • Qualified lawyer with years of experience practising in an international law firm
  • A Bachelor or Master’s Degree (or equivalent)
  • Extensive experience managing conflicts and confidentiality risks within a law firm
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; skilled in influencing and motivating others, including senior leaders
  • Excellent training skills; capable of inspiring engagement with relevant training and scenarios from busy executives
  • Ability to design and deliver relevant and challenging exercise scenarios to business continuity team members at all levels.
