What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Strategic Excellence: Craft thoughtful, innovative strategies for membership and loyalty programs that capture customer imagination and deliver results.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work with a talented, close-knit team across creative, account management, and analytics to execute compelling campaigns for global clients.
  • Champion Customer-Centricity: Use data, insights, and emerging technology to design strategies that put customers first and push boundaries.
  • Deliver Impactful Results: Lead projects across integrated platforms, ensuring seamless execution that aligns with clients' strategic goals.


Who You Are:

  • A rising star in the world of CRM and loyalty or a junior strategist looking to take the next step up
  • Someone experienced with customer journey planning gained within a marketing or CRM agency
  • A big-picture thinker who’s equally excited about the details—whether it’s creating a messaging matrix for a new launch or designing an innovative loyalty program.
  • Confident and curious, eager to present strategies to clients and inspire internal teams.
  • Experience with martech platforms like Salesforce or Adobe would be benefiical
  • Perhaps a junior strategist ready to step up, or a seasoned professional seeking a creative environment to make a meaningful impact.
