Job Description:

We are currently on the lookout for a Content Manager to join the team at KOI Situated within the Creative & Marketing Department, this exciting new role will work alongside the Creative & Marketing Manager to lead and implement the creative and marketing strategy across all funnels of the business.


About the role:

  • Reporting to the Creative & Marketing Manager, the Content Manager shall ideate for marketing strategies surrounding product launches and collections, briefing in the creative and copy to KOI’s Digital Designer & Creative Content Coordinator.
  • Manage KOI’s Creative & Marketing team, briefing in assets and creative, managing the creation of content and providing support to the team, nurturing them within their roles and driving team success.
  • Identify key content opportunities that resonate with KOI’s dedicated online community and execute these alongside our Creative Content Coordinator, across still imagery, TikTok/ video format and Instagram stories.
  • Strategize for weekly CRM newsletters tailored to each of KOI’s community, subcultures and aesthetics, copywriting and ideating for content that pushes product, collections and styling-focused content.
  • Work alongside the Creative & Marketing Manager to identify best-performing Meta and PPC ad content for each marketing funnel, ideating for and executing this content.
  • Nurture our existing community that resonate with KOI’s specific products and collections, building the foundations for this and strategizing for in-order newsletters, IRL activations to engage this dedicated community and loyalty schemes to further community connection.
  • Ideate for ground-breaking campaigns that feel authentic to KOI’s diverse community, hitting key pillars and leading with strategy and creativity.
  • Create briefs for campaigns, content days and social-forward content, briefing this into KOI’s Marketing & Creative team and managing the execution of this content.
  • Enlist support from freelance photographers and videographers, creating briefs for industry-leading content to be used across all platforms.
  • Curate the Instagram feed according to product launches and key marketing activations as briefed by the Creative & Marketing Manager.
  • With the support of the Creative & Marketing Manager and PR & Ambassador Executive, curate immersive IRL pop-ups and experiences, engaging KOI’s current community and inviting new audiences to join the world of KOI.
  • Manage the creation of assets for our wholesale partners, including in-store and online banners.


About you:

  • An independent thinker who leads with creativity and is on the pulse of current trends within the creative and marketing world.
  • Creatively AND commercially minded, with a deep understanding of different aesthetics, online subcultures and visual identities.
  • Able to follow direction from the Creative & Marketing Manager, working both independently and collectively to meet deadlines and achieve ground-breaking results.
  • Experience in leading creative and marketing strategies, as well as in managing a creative team.
  • A degree in fashion communication, art direction or marketing.
  • Organised, professional and personable – able to provide clear instructions and think critically.
  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar role and a portfolio demonstrating examples of successes within this sector for a fashion brand.


Salary £35,000 per annum.
