Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect and Voice Specialist to join our team at Content. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure peak performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Network Infrastructure Management: Manage and monitor our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
  2. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Assess risks and potential security threats to our network and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Infrastructure Implementation: Install, implement, and maintain web, voice, and networking infrastructure across our data centre locations.
  4. Infrastructure Management Software Development: Develop and maintain infrastructure management, interactivity, and automation software for our engineering and support teams.
Technical Skills
  1. Network Implementations: Implement Layer 2 and Layer 3 network architectures, BGP multihoming, and Customer MPLS links.
  2. Routing and Switching: Configure OSPF and Least Cost routing, and manage fibre interconnections and 802.1q VLAN structuring.
  3. Security and Access Control: Implement IPSec, network security, and access control systems.
  4. Database Management: Manage Linux servers, build SQL Server databases, and engineer IPv4/v6 networks.
  5. Cloud and DevOps: Create LAMP/LEMP stacks and Asterisk Voice gateway builds, and manage OpenSIPS SBC systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in network architecture, design, and implementation, as well as experience with voice and networking infrastructure. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication and collaboration skills.
