Network Architect & Voice Specialist

Nexbridge Communications is a leading provider of high-velocity, short-duration IP Voice networks. Our company operates its own network infrastructure, with interconnects to large telecommunications providers and hosted number ranges.

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect & Voice Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring our network infrastructure to ensure peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure across two data centre locations.
  2. Develop and maintain infrastructure management, interactivity, and automation software for engineering and support teams.
  3. Assess risks and attack vectors during ongoing product developments.
  4. Install, implement, and maintain web, voice, and networking infrastructure.
Projects:
  1. Customer VPN setups and intranet implementations.
  2. Layer 2 and Layer 3 network implementations.
  3. BGP multihoming and Customer MPLS links.
  4. OSPF and Least Cost routing.
  5. Linux server management and building.
  6. Fibre interconnections and 802.1q VLAN structuring.
  7. IPSec, network security, and access control systems.
  8. SQL Server building and IPv4/v6 engineering.
  9. LAMP/LEMP stack creation.
  10. Asterisk Voice gateway builds and OpenSIPS SBC management.
