Digital Content Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Content Manager to join our team at Reach PLC.
Key Responsibilities- Content Management: Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of high-quality content across various digital platforms.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of content creators to produce engaging and informative content that meets the needs of our audience.
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Editorial Direction: Provide editorial direction and guidance to content creators to ensure consistency and quality across all content.
- Analytics and Insights: Use data and analytics to inform content decisions and optimize content performance.
- Brand Management: Ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand values and messaging.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless content integration.
- Experience: Proven experience in content management, team leadership, and content strategy.
- Skills: Strong editorial and content creation skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Education: NCTJ/Reach plc or equivalent senior journalist qualification (or relevant time-served experience).
- Other: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work well under deadline pressure.
