The SEO Content Manager will be tasked with leading, developing & overseeing the content team, continuously striving to implement new techniques and ideas as well as completing a range of different types of content, from creating blog posts and outreach articles, to writing site content or PPC Ad Copy.
 
Creative and strategic thinking
● Researching and creating content on a wide range of topics for different clients
● Developing monthly content plans for clients across a variety of industries, based on focus keywords and topics
● Thinking outside the box to come up with unique, fresh content ideas for clients.
● Lead the creation of SEO-focused content that increases search rankings for targeted keywords .

 
Strong writing skills
● Writing high quality content for client websites spanning across a variety of subjects
● Delivering content promptly and prioritising workload as necessary
● A strong track record in how to adapt writing to different audiences and topics
● Publishing written content on to client websites using CMS’ such as Wordpress and Shopify.

 
Working with SEO managers where necessary to ensure content is in line with wider campaigns

 
Minimum 4 years working in a content-specific role
● Develop and oversee a comprehensive content strategy aligned with SEO goals to drive organic growth
● Proven experience in managing and mentoring content teams
● Strong Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research and SEO best practices
● Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, AHrefs or similar tools
● Top quality writing skills
● Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
