What You’ll Do:

As a Retail Account Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the action. You’ll be working with top-tier UK retailers, managing relationships, driving product sales, and taking ownership of the entire cradle-to-grave process – from concept to launch Every day will bring fresh challenges, opportunities to innovate, and a chance to really make your mark.

You'll be:

Selling into Leading UK Retailers: Build and nurture relationships with some of the UK's biggest retailers. Show them why your products are exactly what their customers want

Full Accountability: From first pitch to final delivery – you’ll manage the process, collaborating across departments to ensure products hit shelves on time and look fantastic.

Dynamic & Fast-Paced Environment: The world of retail never sleeps, and neither do you. The pace is fast, the challenges are constant, and there’s always a new opportunity to jump on

Product Affinity: You won’t just be selling; you’ll believe in what you're selling. You’ll have a real passion for the products you manage, helping retailers bring exciting new products to market that resonate with customers.

Competitive Edge: This role is all about winning You’ll need to bring your A-game to every pitch, every negotiation, and every conversation with retail partners to ensure you're ahead of the pack.

The Key Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience working in retail account management, or similar
  • A deep understanding of the UK retail landscape
  • Strong negotiation skills and a natural flair for relationship-building
  • A passion for products and a keen eye for market trends
  • The ability to think on your feet, adapt quickly, and keep your cool under pressure
  • A competitive spirit and a “make it happen” attitude
