What are the day-to-day tasks?


  • Assist both SDMs and Clients in overseeing the delivery of PS&S projects on time, on budget and to agreed standards.
  • Support the production of monthly business reporting packs.
  • Production of SOW schedules to agreed standards.
  • Act as a PS&S point of contact for relevant service lines; having clear communication with Sales & Client. Providing PS&S low level escalation point, support reporting for contract budgets, SoW creation, timesheet sign off and invoice process support and control.
  • Provide project analyst support to SDMs in ensuring PS&S customer projects are properly planned, delivered from initiation through to closure
  • Produce detailed analysis and reporting for account activity, including, invoicing, budget tracking, contract extensions and risk and issue management.
  • Control and ascertain project status reporting across relevant accounts, ensuring that these are delivered by interims on time, stored centrally, risks and issues are escalated and recorded.
  • Reporting:
  • Produce regular PS&S reporting on:
  • RAG status of all projects. ▪ Risks and Issue Management
  • Change requests.
  • Commercial status of all projects (budget and contract value management)
  • Project Analytics and Accounting (where relevant) Project Support
  • Be responsible for the PMO Lite and PMO Only accounts, managing:
  • End to End process in line with service levels under this workstream.
  • Project Status report gathering and escalation
  • Standardised Communications with relevant Sales teams
  • Interim Service Escalations
  • Service Report production
  • Invoice Management


  • Assist SDM/ Team Leader/ HoPMO in project planning for clients (where relevant). Producing breakdown of milestones, delivery timeline, budget calculations.


What skills and knowledge are we looking for?


  • Proven Project coordinator/analyst/ admin experience and ideally a proven track record in a similar role with clear evidence of execution with customer facing / vendor experience.
  • Track record of building credible customer relationships at all levels within the organisation across different departments and customer groups.
  • Financial Awareness and Budgetary Control skills.
  • Experience in creating and controlling all aspects of project financials, including but not limited to contract financial tracking and burndown reporting.


Qualifications


  • Project Management Qualifications I.e. Scrummaster (ideal but not necessary).
  • Educated to Degree Level and/or with significant business experience in Project coordinator/ admin roles.- lead.
