Ardeta Search is recruiting a Junior Sales Executive for a Global Manufacturing Organisation based in Chesterfield. This is an exciting role to join a successful sales team where you can grow and progress within the organisation.



Responsibilities:

  • Actively reach out to customers to explore additional quoting opportunities, diving into specific needs, projects, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering a top-tier customer experience while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for products and services.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend value-adding products or services to drive increased revenue and foster stronger customer relationships.
  • Coordinate delivery timelines with product availability to meet customer expectations, keeping clients updated on any changes. Each interaction is an opportunity to build loyalty and boost sales.


Skills:

  • A goal-oriented, positive attitude with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in providing outstanding customer service and driving sales growth, ideally within a global or technical environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with international customers and internal teams, along with an ability to spot sales opportunities.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying focused on sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.



This is dynamic role within a leading global organisation, where contributions directly support sales growth. The salary for the role is £26,000 + Benefits.
