Our client is a globally acclaimed medical device distributor, known for its unique and innovative products used in Cardiology and Peripheral Intervention. They are currently driving the adoption of cutting-edge, patient-focused medical technologies with a passion for problem-solving, education, and product support.


The role involves collaborating with key opinion leaders to communicate new ideas and innovations, while working across the UK to provide comprehensive product expertise and educational resources to clinical teams.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Sales Project Lead to support the execution of an exciting new opportunity.


Key responsibilities:

  • The majority of your time (>90%) will be customer-facing across all therapy and geographical areas where the company can be provided as a solution. Geographic flexibility will be required.
  • Support the company's product evaluations to increase sales.
  • Effective presentation of all educational and clinical content.
  • Utilise networks across hospitals and territories to share best practices.
  • Leverage all demonstrations to provide an immersive educational environment.
  • Clinical support on our portfolio of products to our healthcare partners, including product training and evaluation support.
  • Regular meetings with Leadership and Territory managers to coordinate strategic sales and education plans.
  • Provide live frontline feedback into marketing and sales ensuring the problems and opportunities that the customers face are addressed.
  • Provide live market feedback on new accounts, new customer development, key opinion leaders (KOL) development, competitor activity and product launches at quarterly planning meetings.
  • Continuously develop clinical and educational acumen ensuring that we provide unrivalled in-field support to our customers.
  • Accountable for self-development in line with business needs and the growth of VP.
  • Accountable for the development of strategic partnerships within the business.
  • Become a trusted member of the sales team, providing internal support to the wider team.


To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following job profile:

  • Clinical experience in Vascular Access is necessary.
  • Desire to build and grow sales and the client brand.
  • Enthusiasm in supporting our healthcare partners with education and clinical contributions, constantly looking for opportunities to provide these value-added services.
  • Great presentation skills to deliver content and guidance confidently with consideration of the audience.
  • Curiosity to ask questions and identify needs.
  • Flexibility and frequent travel.
