As a Business Development Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and expansion. This role is best suited to someone who has prior experience:

  • Working in a large print management environment
  • Has targeted clients with spends of £200k+
  • Has excellent networking skills
  • Looking to join a business where you can really make a difference


Key duties:

  • Identifying New Opportunities: identify and develop new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services
  • Strategic Planning: develop, implement, and evaluate strategic business development plans to increase revenue and profitability
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, distributors, and internal teams is essential
  • Market Research: to stay updated on industry trends and presenting findings to the team to develop targeted campaigns
  • Negotiation and Deal-Making: They negotiate contracts, close business deals, and manage business partnerships and alliances.
  • Reporting: Preparing and presenting business proposals and pitches to potential clients, and reporting on successes and areas needing improvement to Directors.


A highly competitive base salary is on offer, as well as a commission and car allowance.
