This is a rare and exceptional opportunity to join a market leading reprographics, print and brand implementation specialist based in Yorkshire. Partnering with leading brands and private label retailers, the company offers a diverse range of services and solutions across all print and packaging mediums, with industry leading technology.
Part of a major European Packaging Group, this already successful company, which employs c120 people, is poised for further growth. As Managing Director, you will relish the opportunity to develop the performance of the business, harnessing the support of a committed and loyal workforce to drive sales growth, maximise profitability and operational performance, and continue to foster a customer-focused culture to respond to the needs of a highly competitive market.
You will have the vision and creativity to exploit new and evolving sales and market opportunities, including on a European basis, maximising Group resources to support growth plans, whilst being aware of technological advancements which will drive operational efficiency and continually improve the company’s service offering.
Degree calibre, you will have proven experience of strategically and successfully leading a business in the print/packaging sector. Experience of working in the graphics/reprographics sector is essential, along with a knowledge of all print processes.
Commercially focused, but with strong operational and technical skills, you will demonstrate the ability to develop relationships and lead negotiations with customers in the Private Label/Branded/Retail sector, at all levels. The role requires a determined and passionate leader capable of delivering successful business growth, whilst developing and leading teams to achieve results.
