About Becketwell Live

Becketwell Live is a cutting-edge events complex with a capacity of up to 3,500 people. It is designed to host a variety of events, including large corporate conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, major touring concerts, stand-up comedy, family performances, and sporting events. About the role

Are you a leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Hospitality Manager to join our team in Derby. This is your opportunity to make an impact at a premier venue, driving our F&B operations to new heights.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and inspiring the hospitality team, optimising all F&B revenue streams and implementing innovative cost-saving strategies.
  • Overseeing the implementation and adherence to Hospitality SOPs.
  • Managing the administrative duties, including cash handling, stock management, and month-end reporting.
  • Planning and coordinating food and beverage offerings for events, ensuring all F&B elements are in place.
  • Implementing and monitor the Food Safety Policy and procedures, ensuring compliance with hygiene and allergen regulations.
  • Overseeing recruitment, training, and supervision of the F&B team, ensuring effective staff scheduling and budget management.
  • Supporting the wider F&B team and their development at the venue through our Training Academy.
  • Achieving financial targets for revenue and profit, providing analysis reports and managing payroll and EPOS systems.


You will have:

  • Proven experience in a hospitality management role.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to work flexibly under pressure prioritise and meet deadlines.
