Our client is seeking an individual to support the enhancement and maintenance of their Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include optimising control processes, conducting audits, and demonstrating the IMS's value through effective communication and measurable outcomes. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in management systems, a proactive approach to continuous improvement, and a commitment to promoting compliance and risk management.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Maintenance of integrated management system.
- Work with company personnel to continuously improve business process in line with best practice.
- Liaise with External IT provider to facilitate change requests and issue resolution
- Management, updates and continual improvement of documentation within the IMS for all departments and associated document control
- Train others in all aspects of the Management system and its application within the business
Key duties to include, but are not limited to:
- Updating and implementation of all relevant process maps, procedures and documentation described in the Integrated Management System (IMS) and associated document control
- Introduce new process and controls in line with continuous improvement
- Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures
- Facilitate meetings with external IT provider and provide primary interface with the business, tracking and communicating actions, as required
- Support the HSEQ Director in the continual improvement of an effective Integrated Management
- System complying with the requirements of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001and additional client specifications
- Supporting internal and external audit programs (as associated with IMS)
- As part of the HSEQ team, carry out any other relevant ad-hoc tasks
