Job Title: Document Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Document Coordinator to join our team at Cammach Bryant. As a Document Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing, distributing, and recording all project-related documents in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain the internal document management system on the project
  • Review contractual requirements for document control and ensure compliance
  • Liaise with external clients to set up client document management systems and arrange access for the project team
  • Prepare, distribute, and record all project-related documents, including internal documentation and subcontractor documentation
  • Ensure the project team is aware of specific project document control procedures, review cycles, and periods, approaching due dates and deadlines
  • Contribute to the development of the document control discipline within Cammach Bryant
  • Support the project team as a project secretary, if required
  • Coordinate and monitor all supportive and facilitating processes, including training project team members on internal and client DMS

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience as a Document Controller in the energy industry
  • Proven ability to control documents, procedures, processes, and drawings
  • Experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems (ProArc or comparable)
