Job Role: Sales Manager – Automation Portfolio


Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our

growth initiatives in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a successful history of selling

software products or services to UK Telco, ISPs, and large enterprises.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive the growth of our innovative network

monitoring products and bespoke Automation services portfolio in the UK market.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in

the Telco, ISP, and enterprise sectors.

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, e\ectively navigate complex sales

cycles, and secure new customers.

• Provide technical guidance and solution-based selling to address customer challenges

and requirements.

• Collaborate closely with the pre-sales, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure

seamless customer experiences.

• Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Provide valuable market insights and competitive intelligence to inform product

roadmap and marketing strategies.

• Mentor and coach junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.


Qualifications and Experience:

• 4-6 years of successful sales experience in the UK technology/software industry,

preferably with exposure to network monitoring, automation, or related solutions.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.

• Strong technical acumen and the ability to translate complex solutions into tangible

business value for customers.

• Established relationships and extensive network within the UK Telco, ISP, and enterprise

sectors.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to e\ectively engage with

C-suite and senior-level stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently, think strategically and adapt to changing market

dynamics.

• Willingness to go the extra mile to expand the business reach and acquire new

customers.
