We are actively seeking a Sales Manager with specialized experience and network in the K-12 sector, passionate about advancing educational technologies that redefine how STEM is taught at the primary and secondary school levels and connecting with education suppliers, foundations and corporate partners from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Your Role and Impact

As our Sales Manager focusing on K-12 educational institutions, global partners and distributors, you will spearhead our initiatives to integrate cutting-edge STEM tools into school curriculums globally. You're the bridge between us and our global partners. You will build connections, convert alliances into sources of ongoing income, and carry the banner for our values and mission.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that targets primary and secondary schools, promoting the adoption of our innovative STEM products.
  • Forge and nurture a channel network with education distributors or those in related sectors, converting initial agreements into consistent, reliable sales.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within the K-12 education sector, including school administrators, district leaders, and influential educators.
  • Establish collaborations with foundations and corporate entities prioritizing education and children as key aspects of their ESG initiatives.
  • Lead negotiations and manage sales cycles with a focus on long-term success and sustainability within educational institutions.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to tailor campaigns that resonate with the needs and challenges of K-12 schools.
  • Drive solution-building initiatives, tapping into both company and partner resources, to best serve the end-user.



What You Bring

  • A minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, at least 3 of which were spent very firmly rooted in the industry
  • Flawless communication in English, with an eagle eye for detail
  • A focus on providing excellent service to our clients and a sensitivity to the nuances of our business partners' requirements.
  • Impressive listening and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative spirit, able to seamlessly integrate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent multitasking and planning skills; the ability to remain calm and solution-focused even when under time constraints.
  • An understanding of the mission and business philosophy.
