Job Description:

1. Establish and manage the sales team in the region, set clear objectives, achieve proper team operation, cultivate team ability, motivate effectively, and build a high performance team.

2. Formulated business development strategies, formulated regional market and business development strategies and customer attack plans, analyzed regional market competition information and screened business opportunities for key customers.

3. Maintained customer relations, established regular interaction with senior executives of key customers in the responsible region, understood customers, markets, brands and supplier strategies, and reached strategic cooperation alliances.

4. Expand regional business, take overall charge of regional market business development, forecast the market sales trend of each important customer's product line in the next four quarters based on regional market demand and competition analysis. Lead the sales team to achieve the annual sales budget of target key accounts.

5. Controlled the sales process, monitored the healthy operation of the regional sales operation process, cooperated with the back-end support team to ensure that all sales forecasts, project progress and order delivery were accurate and timely, overdue accounts, inventory and customer complaints were at a healthy and reasonable level, assisted and dealt with major anomalies in a timely manner.


Qualifications:

1. More than 5 years of relevant work experience in PV new business development, especially PV module business development.

2. Be able to use English as working language;

3. Understand regional PV market dynamics and industry trend;

4. Sales management experience and capable of leading a diversified team with different culture and in multiple locations;

5. Extensive experience in tender preparation, contract review and negotiation, account management, deal closure, etc;

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
