This role is with a large manufacturing company based in Lisburn.

Your new role
In this role you will be sitting on the company's reception desk, acting as the face of the business. You will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for delivering a professional reception service whilst also efficiently coordinating different organisational requirements.
You will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintain a professional approach with a positive attitude.
  • Control the switchboard to answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and arrange cover as required.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors and arrange refreshments.
  • Update the visitor management system and pre-book visitors
  • Issue visitor badges and ensure health and safety protocols are followed.
  • Communicate with employees to gather necessary information for travel arrangements
  • Reconcile travel expenses and maintain full records of employee travel

What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a receptionist
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Strong MS Office skills - in particular with MS Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
