Working with top notch supplier and fresh seasonal produce, this is an unique and extraordinary experience to change the weather and landscape.


Role Overview:

We are in search of an Executive Chef with a strong background in Mediterranean & Pan Asian cuisine, someone that can cook in a high volume setting but with finesse as well, catering for guests, VIPs and celebrities. Ideally a chef with 5-star hotel experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Menu Development: Create and design outstanding dishes of the highest quality.
  • Kitchen Leadership: Manage and inspire the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, with opportunities to introduce new ones.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Pan Asian cuisine.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring junior chefs.
