Role overview:


This role will be managing TLC, our sister company. TLC oversees all physical products, including merchandise and protein, available on our website. They also manage our warehousing operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience from start to finish.


Intention and impact:


  • Drive the growth and expansion of TLC
  • Broaden the product range to meet market demand and drive revenue growth
  • Increase profitability as a standalone entity
  • Strive to achieve £6 million in revenue within 12 months
  • Achieve targeted EBITDA goals through strategic planning and execution
  • Develop and build the infrastructure and team necessary for achieving long-term success and scalability


Technical Skills:


  • E-commerce Expertise (10 years scaling experience):
  • Strong understanding of back-office ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of logistics, fulfilment, and third-party vendor management
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing
  • Strong ability to make sound financial decisions & manage budgets
  • Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, or market expansion.


Desirable Skills:


  • E-commerce Platform Experience Shopify/Linnworks
  • Experience working with subscription businesses.
