•Regularly visit your stores to make sure things are running like clockwork, paying particular attention to customer service, productivity, store standards and compliance.


•Mentor and support your Store Managers in recruiting, training and developing their teams, while improving their personal and store performance.


•Empower your teams to achieve their Sales Target and KPIs alongside maintaining our industry leading showroom standards.


•Confidently create an environment where your teams can do their best work, shift after shift, in accordance with our Leadership & Company Principles.


•Frequently report into the National Sales Director with business and people updates. Problem solving and issue mitigation is key.


•Be an everyday brand ambassador for NCF Living, integrity and loyalty is a must.


What you will need :

•Experience motivating and leading a large teams across one or multiple sites to achieve outstanding results consistently.


•The ability to understand data and make quick data lead discissions to achieve our business goals at pace.


•Oversee the effectiveness of new initiatives and ensure policies and procedures are landed “right first time”.


•The drive to learn and keep up to date with the ever-changing aspects of our growing business and the industry.


•Effective communication skills to train your teams with new launches, concepts and processes.


•Willingness to lead from the front, roll up your sleeves and support your stores operations when needed.


•A full clean UK Driving License.
