Experis are working with Public Sector client who focus on Software commercial products and are seeking a Human Resources Advisor due to growth.


What To Expect

The Human Resources Advisor will be a key part of the HR team, planning, designing, delivering, and promoting positive wellbeing across the business. They will coach managers to resolve employee relations cases and support the HR Business Partners.


Key Skills/Experience


  • Central Government/Local Government/Public Sector Essential
  • Experience of working as either a HR Advisor or Employee Relations Advisor role including coaching and developing managers of varying seniority to independently resolve a variety of different employee relations cases.
  • Creation of case management documentation including investigation reports, outcome letters and risk-based options for resolving cases.
  • Enhancing and developing the people management capability of managers through coaching and influencing as well as learning interventions.
