This newly created role is perfect for individuals looking to progress toward HR Business Partner, providing comprehensive support to the HR team and their 2000 employees.Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll play a key part in delivering generalist HR advice - guiding managers on employee relations cases (end to end), supporting the HRBP’s on projects and, a load more...Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate HR activities across the full employee lifecycle.Provide expert HR advice, particularly in employee relations. Coach managers to improve HR conversations and decision-making.Support HR Business Partners, deputising when needed.Contribute to ongoing HR process improvements and business insights.Requirements:CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.Strong knowledge of UK employment law coupled with experience handling (sometimes) complex employee relation cases, from start to resolution - essential.Ability to analyse HR data and identify trends.Effective communication and coaching skills.Experience working within a structured HR team, ideally in a matrix organisation.This role is hybrid working, 2 days a week in North Bristol, 3 days home working.If you are an ambitious HR Advisor, looking for a route to becoming HR Business Partner, within in a company that has a great culture and really values its people, please get in touchHenlee Resourcing is a specialist full-service human resources recruitment consultancy operating across the Southwest, M3 / M4 / M5 corridors.
