Business Development Executive

Package:
- A competitive basic salary of £27k
- Uncapped OTE/Commission taking your Y1 total package to £32k

Role:
- Proactively identify new prospects for the Business Development Managers, using various methods including outbound calling, event and campaign follow ups, social media and a use of various demand generation marketing tools
- Achieve a range of key performance indicators month to month from call stats, decision maker conversations and successful meetings/opportunities generated
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system, tracking all activity following the defined processes and look for opportunities to improve or enhance the information in the systems
- Learn the sales methodologies used by Gamma to accurately qualify opportunities and build pipeline for the BDM team that you are assigned to
- Maintain strong business relationships both internally and externally as required to effectively meet the requirements of the role
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial acumen
- Customer orientated, with strong relationship building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
- Positive and proactive, with a can-do attitude
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
