Role Overview

As Senior Manager, Talent Strategy & Partnerships, you will work consultatively with the agency’s talent roster, providing strategic insights to grow audiences, enhance personal brands, and develop unique content. You’ll be responsible for creating and implementing growth-focused initiatives that engage audiences, attract followers, and maximize talent reach. This role is central to developing brand partnerships and guiding talent on wider commercial opportunities, from podcasting to event appearances and book deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with talent to develop and implement audience growth strategies tailored to their unique brand and personal goals.
  • Develop content strategies that include creative ideas for digital content, aligning with each talent’s voice and resonating with their followers.
  • Secure and manage brand partnerships, aligning with talent profiles and commercial aspirations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping talent explore new opportunities in podcasts, events, book deals, and other career-enhancing projects.

  • Analyze audience data and engagement metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize growth and reach.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, brand partnerships, or a related field within entertainment, media, or digital.
  • Proven experience developing and executing audience growth and content strategies for high-profile individuals or brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Track record of managing brand partnerships from concept to execution, delivering results that enhance both talent and brand profiles.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic, consultative mindset with an understanding of digital, media, and the broader creator economy.
