**Job Description**

  • Partner with EMEA leaders to develop and execute people strategies that drive business growth and user experience.
  • Analyze data and market trends to inform strategy, structure, and program development.
  • Coach and advise leaders on organizational design, change management, and talent development.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an HR business partner in a fast-growing tech company or established organization.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior leaders and driving people strategy aligned with business results.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills, with a focus on detail and quality.
  • $125,000 - $155,000 per year salary, depending on experience.
