What will be your key responsibilities?


For this role you will partner with customer process leaders and stakeholders to understand business problems and advise on how automation could be utilized. Lead process discovery, documentation, and development efforts in line with solution design. Lead projects to completion and ensure key handoffs and interdependencies are addressed. Act as an RPA SME for the organization advising stakeholders on how to leverage the technology.


What are we looking for?

  • Graduate level desirable
  • RPA Developer Certification (Automation Anywhere, SAP BPA, Blue Prism, UIPath) preferred.
  • Extensive and progressive experience in business enabling enterprise technologies.
  • Proven experience developing, maintaining, and supporting automation projects in a global organization.
  • Proven success leading transformational, innovative activities in one or more of the following areas: Intelligent Automation and Business Enabling Technologies
  • The ideal candidate possesses experience in a professional services environment and has a background that illustrates extensive capabilities Automation, Robotics, AI and transforming business processes at scale and speed.
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation packages like Automation Anywhere, SAP BPA, Blue Prism, etc.
  • Management and development of strong collaborative relationships with 3rd party vendors and contractors
  • Experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) platforms like ABBYY/Hyper Science
  • Previous experience in FCMG is desired.
