As a Booking Administrator, you will work closely with our Field Engineers to manage the customer booking process for onsite support. You will be responsible for coordinating customer bookings, reservations and scheduled activities to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to communicate effectively will be critical in this role.


This is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.


What you'll do:

  • Manage the booking process from start to finish, including scheduling appointments, confirming reservations, and updating booking information accurately and promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their bookings and provide assistance with any inquiries they might have.
  • Maintain and update booking calendars efficiently by coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize scheduling processes and improve efficiency.


What you'll bring:

  • Administration experience, preferably in a customer orientated environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as booking systems, calendar management tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
  • Experience working in healthcare is highly desirable
