Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join their team, focusing on the corporate market primarily in London, but across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the AV industry and a strong ability to drive new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts. This role is a perfect blend of new business development (60%) and account management (40%).


Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

Account Management:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with the project management, design, and bid teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications:at
  • At least 5 years Proven track record in sales within the AV industry, with a focus on the corporate market.
  • Strong understanding of AV products, solutions, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling into the London corporate market.
  • Established network of corporate contacts within the AV industry.
