We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Team Administrator to join our dedicated team at [Insert NHS Trust Name]. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our clinical and administrative teams, with a particular emphasis on creating and delivering high-quality PowerPoint presentations.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clinical and administrative teams, including managing schedules, booking meeting rooms, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations for team meetings, training sessions, and other events.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, minutes, and other documentation.
- Support the team with various tasks, such as processing referrals, arranging appointments, and managing phone calls.
- Collaborate with colleagues to gather information and feedback for presentations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the NHS or a similar healthcare setting.
- A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting clinical teams.
