You will be joining a reputable organisation in Bromsgrove for a permanent position as an Administration Assistant.
Your new role
This role is working in a small team with varied duties, all designed to support the core functions and customers of the business. Tasks include:

  • Answering incoming calls, recording and redirecting where necessary, including managing the voice mailbox
  • Preparation of confidential documents
  • Monitoring and managing the team inbox, including redirecting and replying where needed
  • Setting up new customers onto the system
  • Processing payments over the phone
  • Handling specialist checks and reports
  • Scanning documents
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing post

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday in the office.
What you'll need to succeed
Communication skills are critical in this role, you will need to have excellent written and verbal skills. This is a busy role, so you will be confident in handling high call volumes, up over 100 a day and a busy email inbox. A high attention to detail will be key for this role, where you will be able to maintain excellent detail and accuracy whilst completing tasks that can be repetitive. Additional requirements are excellent IT literacy, including working knowledge of MS programmes, MS Teams and Excel. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a small but busy team and support them with critical tasks.
